Data Deletion Requests

We delete all accounts and data that does not need to be retained for compliance reasons within 90 days.

We store the minimum amount of data possible to provide your with a good experience. To serve you search and AI features, we store:

  • copy of your email messages and threads
  • the AutoFile recommendations for each message / thread

The remainder of the data is stored only on your (the user’s) device.

The only data we retain indefinitely is financial data related to billing and subscriptions.

File a Data Deletion Request

If you would like to have your account and data deleted, please email us at privacy@airo.email from the relevant email account with:

  1. Subject: Request for Deletion of Personal Data

  2. Full name of the requester

  3. Statement: “I am requesting deletion of my personal data under [GDPR/CCPA] rights.”
