We only store the bare minimum amount of data to bring you features such as Chat with Airo or AutoFile. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS (Transport Layer Security) protocols Emails are encrypted at rest using AES-256 bit encryption Strict access controls limit employee access to user data We conduct regular security audits and penetration testing Our systems are continuously monitored for potential threats Your data is used solely for providing and improving your email service. We only use AI vendors who do not train on your data. You have full control over your data, including the ability to delete your account and all associated information.

We take security extremely seriously. Airo is CASA Tier 2 Certified and undergoes yearly rechecks by Google's approved partners to make sure our Gmail integration stays secure. We also partner with TAC Security to frequently pen-test our infrastructure.
